I've always believed that great art should be accessible — not just in principle, but in practice. Yet every museum visit involves a different website, a different booking system, a different queue. It's fragmented by design, and nobody benefits except the ticket platforms taking their cut.

Museapass is built on a simple conviction: if you love museums, you shouldn't have to think about logistics. You should just show up, walk in, and be moved by what's inside. We're signing agreements with partner institutions now, building the technology, and planning a 2027 launch. Every person on this waitlist makes that argument stronger.

Is Museapass currently operational? +
Not yet. We're in pre-launch, actively building our museum partner network. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and locks in your founding-member discount. No subscription charges occur until we launch in 2027.
When does Museapass launch? +
We're targeting a 2027 launch, once we've signed agreements with our initial partner museums. Waitlist members will be the first to know and will receive founding-member pricing.
Which countries will be covered at launch? +
We're prioritising Western Europe (France, Italy, UK, Netherlands, Spain, Germany), the US, and Japan for launch. Our goal is 30+ countries by end of 2027, with active expansion beyond that.
Can I share my pass with family or friends? +
Each Museapass is personal and tied to one account. The QR codes are time-stamped and unique per visit, making them non-transferable. We'll offer family plans at launch.
What's included in each tier? +
Standard covers 200+ museums with general admission in up to 3 countries. Premium unlocks 500+ museums, priority access, skip-the-line, and 30+ countries. Patron adds private archive tours, curator experiences, and exclusive events — globally, with no limits.
Is there a free trial? +
We'll offer a 14-day free trial at launch so you can experience the pass before committing. Founding members on the waitlist will receive an extended 30-day trial.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
Cancel anytime from within the app or your account dashboard, with no cancellation fees. Annual subscribers who cancel retain access until the end of their paid period.
What happens to my waitlist spot if I don't subscribe at launch? +
Your founding member discount is held for 60 days after launch. After that, you can still join at standard pricing. We'll send reminders well in advance so you don't miss out.
